 For the last couple of week l have been working on my genius hour.Me and my class have been working on our genius this is one of mine.

My marae learning

 Last Monday me and my class went to the Rehua Marae.Last Monday we came to school did the role and then went on the bus.when we got there we waited for the teacher to tell us to get of the bus.we did what you have to do at a Marae.Then when we got back to school we had to make a slideshow about it five slides and they all had to have five facts on them.

 Learning all the rules to be able to bike on the road.

On  Thursday  we did cycle safety we learnt how to bike good and signal with on arm.Then on Friday we went out on the roads and learnt how to bike safely on the roads without getting heart or anything like that.

Last week we did swimming.We did swimming for the whole week and we went in the big pool 2 times and some people went in it 3 times.do you like swimming?

 Food for thought last week me and my class had lesson we with Brittany we did a sheet about food detective.That is when you get some laminated  food packets and then we had to look at the energy,fat total,sugar,dietary fiber and sodium.food for thought.Have you ever had a food for thought lesson?

Home made ball and cup game

 Last week me and my class plus our buddy class made a home made ball and cup game.We made them by string a cup and some tin foil we had to roll the tin foil into a ball and then attach it to the string.then attach the string to the end of the cup.Have you ever made a home made ball and cup game?

A couple weeks ago l me and my class had to make logos for our cluster.I did a couple different one some have really cool thing on them.What logo is your favourite one?

 Two weeks ago me and my class got budded up and we had to make a ad script in a google.I got to be budded up with Olivia and a our add was about that parents need to get their kids a Chromebook. Have you ever used a Chromebook?

Last week me and my buddy did a google drawing about plastic and sea animals.Plastic is bad for the sea animals because they can get caught and then died because the plastic is around them.Do you like turtles or sea animals?

Save the turtles

Last week me and my class got paired Up 3 in each group and we had to make a slide about metal straws and saving the turtles.Metal straws are better than plastic straws because one metal straws are reusable and plastic straws are not reusable they are  throw outs and the sea animals get the plastic stuck around them and die.Do you like sea animals?

Ice cream in a bag scientific lab report

Scientific lab report:Ice cream in a bag

Hypothesis

I think that it will turn to ice cream and if not then.

We are doing this experiment because we want to see what happens when salt is added to ice and if Ice-cream can be made with only a few ingredients.

Materials/equipment used: 

• Milk, sugar, ice, salt, vanilla, 
• Cup 
• Spoons 
• Snap lock bags 2 different sizes 

Procedure

1.  In a small resealable plastic bag, combine whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla. Push out excess air and seal.
2. Into a large resealable plastic bag, combine ice and salt. Place small bag inside the bigger bag and shake vigorously, 7 to 10 minutes, until ice cream has hardened.
3. Remove from bag and enjoy.

Results 
The liquid got thicker
It was crunchy and creamy

Data and analysis 
Me was creamy and other people were hard
Some people had ice left and some people didn't we didn't

Conclusion 
I  learnt that you can make ice cream with only a few ingredients.I also learnt that you should make sure that you have some spare snap lock bags.Cause our one spit on our table and went everywhere.
